I am a certified closing agent and have 28 years of experience as a notary and I have 21 years experience as an Escrow and Closing Officer. Preparing settlement statements and presenting loan documents with many lenders, title companies, and realtors locally and nationally.

I am able to present and notarize your pre-loan documents, home loan, real estate documents and commercial loans in the comfort and convenience of the buyers’, sellers’, or borrowers’ home, office, public location, or realtors’ office. My experience presenting documents includes Conventional, FHA, VA, SBA, FNMA, REO, HUD and Reverse Mortgages. I also notarize other documents besides loans. I can present refinances, loan modifications, first and simultaneous seconds and purchase’s. I am able to accommodate buyers, sellers and realtor’s time schedules. I can also assist you with county tax, recording and assessor information. Recording fees may apply.
