I am a notary who works full time as a mobile notary doing Mortgage related signings, whether it be Refinance, Loan Modifications, etc..... I will travel when necessary but limited to certain distance. (usually 75 miles or less with fee of $1.00 per mile) I do not make the usual mistakes most notaries do because I make sure my work is reviewed twice before signing, once at the table and once before uploading. I have dual tray printers and high powered scanners. I do not run into the delay in uploading most notaries do because I am well equipped in my home office with all the necessary supplies.
