I am a Notary.net certified loan signing gent and notary public with 300 signings completed including deeds, POAs, loan packages, etc. I am very respectful and always punctual, if plans change I am sure to keep steady communication between the lender and the borrower. I always treat the signer with respect and assist them as much as I can with the document(s)/process, without overstepping my bounds of a notary.
