Prior to the appointment, I will always call to introduce myself, walk the client through the general process of how our meeting will flow, and explain how long it can typically take.

I will be on time. Every time. I will accurately walk our client through their package, stopping to explain each critical document. I will fulfill the required Notarizations and quality check the entire package before leaving the table.
