As an NNA and LSS certified signing agent covering the Metro Denver Area and surrounding cities, I review each and every document at least 3 times to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete. I am detailed oriented (a little neurotic about docs) and very knowledgeable. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003; you can rest assured that they will be filled out properly.

I'm human and, if on the rare occasion I do make a mistake, I will IMMEDIATELY stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned to you promptly and on time. As soon as physically possible, I will either drop them at the closest FEDEX or UPS location or even your nearby office.

Additionally, I will keep you updated and informed from beginning to end. You can be confident that your clients have a quality signing with me and leave the table happy with their signing experience!

My history: For the majority of my career, I was in the travel and tourism industry, most recently as an Area Sales Manager for a major international carrier. I learned SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE at the very beginning of my career and it served my clients and my company extremely well. After my office was moved out of state, I spent eight years as the Client Services Administrator for an HOA management company. Talk about keeping people calm and confident in stressful situations.
