As a former public school teacher, I am very detail oriented and have great people skills which will help a signing go smoothly.

I carefully go over each document to confirm that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will fix it for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I have a scanner and know all of my local FedEx drop off times).
