Having successfully closed over 2500 loans over the last 8 years, I have encountered and handled just about every variety of transaction, including multiple contracts in trustee and delegated capacity, out of State packages, transactions with multiple signers, "piggyback" and stacked loan closings, split signings. Because of my extensive Financial and Legal background I fully understand the critical and sensitive nature of the Notarization process. I keep up with updates of CO Notary laws and current NSA practices and take online Fidelity classes on relevant subjects.

I have an equipped office and accept e-Docs, Faxes, and courier deliveries. I use a high speed Dual Tray laser printer, a high speed quality scanner, dual PC's for backup should equipment issue arise, and the latest model Android phone for constant connectivity and photos.

I am also aware that we always have to account for a human error. I don't shortcut with Notary records, I do double-check the paperwork before leaving the closing. And I see the package through: always there to obtain additional signatures or
deliver immediate corrections to the Title.

And, there is human factor. I understand that often I am the only person the Borrower physically sees during the entire process of loan modification. I read people well and can usually create a stress- and trouble-free signing experience for my Borrowers. They often leave signing table smiling. "Thank you for making it easy and pleasant" - I hear that a lot as I am out of their door.
