Filling the "signing agent" roll is a perfect cultivation of my previous work experiences in banking (and as a notary), as well as my current role as a licensed Colorado real estate agent. Not to mention, I have been lucky enough work closely as a client coordinator for a local mortgage broker, which has deepened my knowledge of the mortgage process and loan documents. I am precisely aware of the importance of accuracy, promptness, and respect when helping clients with any dealings regarding their home.

Knowing how hard all of the lenders, title agents, and closing agents work to get to closing day- I take on the responsibility of ensuring the closing goes smoothly. I make sure to understand all of the details of the assignment, complete the signing with detailed accuracy and professionalism, and return the signed documents as quickly as possible. My goal is to leave the clients feeling completely confident and comfortable with their new loan, while developing relationships with title agents and lenders that continue to rely on me.
