I make every effort to ensure the borrower(s) is at ease with the loan signing documents. I am NNA Certified and LSS Certified. I am also up to date with my E&O Insurance and Background check. I have over 20 years of quality assurance experience, so I understand how important attention to detail is when reviewing every document. I ensure all signatures, initials, and dates are properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I am aware of local FedEx drop off times, and the loan document(s) will be returned to you as soon as the signing is complete. I will also keep you informed throughout the loan signing process.
