My job is more than just watching borrowers sign documents; it's to walk them through the loan signing process and help them see where in their documents they can find answers to their questions. I double check that documents are signed, dated, initialed, and notarized correctly before returning them, as well as check that the dates on the Notice of Right to Cancel are correct. I also understand the critical importance of meeting FedEx and scanback deadlines so that loans fund on time.

My number one priority is to facilitate a smooth and successful closing that makes borrowers feel comfortable with the process and that reflects positively on you. And I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.
