I am a Certified Notary in the State of Colorado, certified with NNA as a Loan Signing Agent, and also certified as a “CNTD, Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent to notarize Trust Documents for Attorney’s, Trust Planning Companies and the General Public.
I was a Mortgage Broker for 8 years so very familiar with loan documents. I have closed many different types of loans ” Purchase, Refi’s, Single Buyer/Seller , Reverse Mortgages etc. as well as general notary work and recently I have delivered a few Trust & Planning Document Signings.
