I have been a notary for over 10 years and an LSA for almost 5 1/2 now. I may be new here on SnapDocs but I am certainly not out of my game here. I enjoy what I do very much due to the fact of me helping people close on their loan, then giving them their American Dream. I can notarize anything that is legal in the state of Colorado. I carry a $1,000,000 E&O policy along with a reliable vehicle for travel in any weather. I can travel to any county in Colorado, from Pueblo, CO, as well as do scanbacks at the table (before even leaving the signer's side). I do have a dual tray printer which also happens to be a laser printer. "Prepped and ready to go", as I say to myself before every session. Whether it be a 10 page doc to 100 pages, it will be completed thoroughly and double/triple checked before leaving the signers sides'. I do have a mobile printer and hotspot, so if there is a need for a notary immediately and I am in the area, I can help you out without any problem. As I said before, I can travel to any county in Colorado, but I will ask for a stipend for travel and time traveled. Furthermore, I will work weekends but the minimum payout is what you were looking to bill, plus $100 for working outside of banking hours (i.e., your initial charge is $75, your total would be $175). I like to get the documents dropped, same day, to get them to you as quickly as possible without any mistakes (depends on drop off times, I WILL NOT leave loan documents in a drop box or sitting in some warehouse overnight). If I know I passed the drop off time due to the signing taking too long, or even traffic (which will be communicated to you), all the docs will be brought home with me and locked in a fireproof filing cabinet. The loan docs will be brought to the warehouse the next morning or before the cut off time. I am Notary Stars trained (and continue to train) as well as Notary2Pro graduate. Lastly, any documents with mistakes on them and the signer leaves with me to shred (they will correct the error, please do not read too far into what I am trying to say), rest assured I have a CIA security level shredder to keep important information away from prying eyes.
