I bring fifteen years of professional experience in the mortgage industry. I have managed two different mortgage branches which included conducting in-house-underwriting, loan processing and loan file quality control. I also have worked as a mortgage underwriter and have personally processed and or reviewed more than five thousand mortgage loan applications including jumbo, self employed, and alt doc loans with manual and automated underwriting. I was the top producing loan officer in our branch and have closed well over a thousand loans. I have also worked for more than two years in the mortgage servicing industry. In addition, I have worked as mobile signing closing agent for nearly two years and I was first licensed as a real estate broker in 1986.
