I have completed 2,000+ closings and have been a notary / loan signing agent since 2016.

I have experience with all types of loans including HELOCS, VA loans, purchases -- seller and buyer packages, reverse mortgages, timeshares, and refinances.

I am very detail-oriented and committed to getting signings completed promptly & accurately in hopes to make your job easier!

I have a flexible schedule and I'm willing to drive up to 50 miles from my location (80501). Please let me know if you are ever in a pinch and need something signed ASAP, I will do my best to make it work. Last minute signings welcome.

I also have a mobile scanner so I can scan immediately after signings!
