I use a duel tray laser printer for accurate PDF paper sizes, provide complete document copies to signers, will scan or fax back as requested and follow all lender instructions provided will also reach out to confirm anything I am not sure of in the document packets. I service Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver and Jefferson counties and will consider additional locations including outlying mountain communities on a case by case basis. I am comfortable with very early, very late and last minute signings, again on a case by case basis. I maintain a current background check and E&O.
