I use a dual tray laser printer for accurate PDF paper sizes, provide a complete document copy to signers, will scan as requested and follow all lender instructions provided. I service Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver and Jefferson counties and will consider additional locations including outlying mountain communities on a case by case basis. I am comfortable with very early, very late and last minute signings.
