Hello! My name is Nikol, and I’m a certified Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent proudly serving my community with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Originally from the Czech Republic, I moved to the United States three years ago to start a new chapter, and I bring that same courage, adaptability, and commitment to every signing I complete.

As someone who has had to quickly learn a new language, culture, and way of life, I’ve developed a strong ability to absorb information, adapt to new situations, and pay close attention to detail. I pride myself on being highly organized, punctual, and focused on delivering error-free signings. I always triple-check my documents and make it a priority to ensure all signatures, initials, and dates are complete and correct.

I have a portable scanner and reliable transportation, and I’m currently working on adding a mobile printer to my setup for even more flexibility. I’m passionate about helping people, and I understand the importance of patience, clear communication, and maintaining professionalism—especially during such an important process as signing loan documents.

I take great pride in going above and beyond to provide excellent service, and while no one is perfect, I always take full responsibility for my work and am quick to resolve any issues if they arise.
