In the 2 1/2 years, I have completed over 3400 loan signings, including refinancing, purchase/seller, locs, FHA, Piggyback, split, reverse, modification, property tax, Equity loan, lines of credit, and commercial Loans, as well as, over 261 Deeds, Wills and trusts, and other documents including the execution of applicant and witness oath and acknowledgment, Our remote service has a portable printer, scanner, tablet, lab top, and remote WIFI Access. The office has two dual tray printers (black & white and color), two in-office high-speed scanners, and one triple tray printer. We protect you and us with a $1,000,000 E & O insurance policy. In addition, we started a witness pool; that is used to provide additional witnesses when needed.
