Suggesting that signings be conducted on porches, decks or in garages to limit contact with persons and parties not a part of the transaction. Witness is called for their part only when needed and then thanked and asked to leave. Rules related to hygiene, hand washing and social distancing are strictly observed. Signers are texted/emailed procedures and disclosures prior to signings.
