My name is Dr. Valerie Quarles. I am a PhD; Doctor of Philosophy in Human Services with a Specialization in Social and Community Services and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 30 years experience working with families throughout Connecticut empowering them to become self-sufficient. I am retired from the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch after 25 years of employment within the Court Support Service Division both Criminal and Civil Courts. I now have a private practice of life coaching and notary. I assist clients throughout regions within Connecticut including i.e, Fairfield and New Haven counties with Notary signings and counseling.
