I am impartial but not uneducated, and always try to make borrowers as comfortable as possible by walking them through all of the important loan docs, so they know what they are signing. Moreover, I know the ramifications of an incomplete signing, which is why I don’t miss dates, initials, or signatures.

I know that I am an extension and representation of your company and will, therefore, not make you look bad to your client(s). I am pleasant, professional, and punctual. Additionally, I am responsive and communicative about the signing (arrival time, issues, signing status, doc drop, etc.).
