I am, Robin Freeman, the owner of COAH Mobile Notary Services, LLC. I am a LSS and NNA Certified Signing Agent.

I have worked as a paralegal for over 15 years. My experience includes assisting with real estate transactions and preparing loan closing documents and consequently I am very familiar with document management, proof reading, obtaining signatures as well as customer service. My paralegal experience over the years has further enhanced my natural attention to detail, organization, customer service and time management skills. Organization, accuracy and meeting deadlines are paramount in any legal environment and these skills will be transferred in my role as a signing agent, ensuring all documents are complete while providing status updates throughout the process. On the rare occasion of an error, I will provide prompt corrective action to rectify the issue. I aim to create an overall great experience for the signing service and the borrower.

I am located in New Castle County but am willing to travel to Kent and Sussex counties. I have reliable transportation and a dual tray laser printer/scanner.
