Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a positive signing experience. I take the time to provide value to the borrower regarding any questions they may have by providing general descriptions and pointing them in the right direction. I ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are filled out and key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are thoroughly checked before completing the appointment.

In the rare event a mistake is made, I will prioritize and fix it for you immediately. Throughout the whole process I will keep you informed of when the appointment starts, finishes, and documents are shipped and/or scanned as communication is of the utmost importance.
