I have been a Delaware Notary for 3 years and a New Jersey Notary for 15 years. I have owned a New Jersey title company and was a mortgage loan office for 15+ years. Presently I am a bookkeeper,office manager and administrative assistant in an attorney's office and am very familiar with paralegal work. I would attended all of my mortgage loan closings and I would work as a closing agent for another title company when my company was not in existence. I have witnessed 100 + closings and witnessed 50+ documents in my attorneys office. I also do not mind traveling for signatures. I am willing to go to New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as doing Delaware signings.
