Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled signing time are subject to a $35 late cancellation fee (or a percentage of the agreed signing fee). If the notary has already traveled to the location, the full travel fee will apply. This policy compensates for time, travel, and preparation already dedicated to the assignment.
