I am NNA & LSS certified! I have had extensive training and am confident that I would ensure that every client has a wonderful signing experience with me. I am diligent and detailed-oriented when it comes to making sure every document has its signatures, initials, and dates. I also triple-check important documents such as 1003, Notice of Right to Cancel, tax returns, and the Patriot Act form to ensure they are properly filled out. I make sure all documents are returned and/or scan back immediately. I am fully aware of all my local FedEx drop-off location times. I have a complete understanding of the effect it can have on the entire transaction when a mistake can happen and if there ever is a mistake I will stop what I am doing and fix it as soon as possible.
