I have a diverse background that makes me uniquely qualified to be a detailed Notary Signing Agent. I was a tax and accounting Business Analyst working in the software industry for 10 years. In this role, I designed, tested, and prepared tax, payroll, and accounting forms for many software programs. The forms that I worked with were required to be approved by the IRS and each state. Also, I designed the user interface for the accounting and payroll software. The time that I spent in this role gives me a perfect understanding of the absolute need for all forms to be signed, dated and notarized correctly. Otherwise, they will be rejected.

Plus, I spent 14 years as a Realtor in Georgia, and I was a top earner. While I was in the Real Estate business, I worked for many banks and REO companies completing thousands of broker price opinions. Additionally, I have developed a deep understanding of the four different personality traits. And, how these different personalities affect their interactions with each other in different circumstances. Thus, I am able to work with each type of personality, in many types of situations, including the most stressful circumstances.
