I am a licensed title agent that just recently stepped down to a new chapter in my life. I have been a current/commissioned Florida notary for over 30 years. I have worked with many mortgage brokers/lenders, real estate companies - managing refinance closings and many real estate purchases.

I live in between two beautiful great counties of Manatee and Sarasota and I am very close to 1-75 for easy access to clients.

Lastly, I enjoy connecting and meeting with clients and I have the ability to work well with all parties with a sense of calm to bring all together at the closing.
