I am both LSS and NNA certified. I am very detail oriented and like to get things done right, the first time. It is my dedication to make sure that documents are properly and completely filled out. I triple check to make sure signatures, initials and dates are filled in properly. In the event that a mistake is made, I will do what it takes to correct it immediately. I am aware that with deadlines, time is of the essence and will be sure to scan back docs (when required) and drop off to FedEx for next day delivery.
