As a notary loan signing agent, my priorities are to make sure I am always on time to appointments, as well as verifying that documents are filled out properly. This includes no missing signatures, initials, dates or notary stamps. If I do make a mistake, I am sure to fix it ASAP. At the completion of a signing, I scan (when requested) and return documents promptly. I am aware of all my local FedEx and UPS locations and last drop off times.
