I have Loan Signing System training with 100K E/O and NNA certified. I'm willing to travel to Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, and Polk counties here in Florida. I'm about 8 miles from the major city which is Tampa, FL. I am also remote online notarization (RON) certified. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow. I have a printer that prints out letters and legal-size documents. I am not picky about appointment times 9AM or 9PM or even on weekends. I will do my best to give your borrower a great signing experience and I will ensure that the signing will be executed properly the first time once hired. No matter how many signings I have, I always prioritize getting your docs in FedEx. I know all the latest FedEx drop-offs in my city. I do not choose to do another appointment over making FedEx!
