In case of borrower(s) does not show or refuses to sign documents, or any other reason, a fee still payable. This fee is 50% equal of the first and second set of loan documents only. Printing charges and travel fee still collected. Additional $20.00 for wait time up to 30 minutes after schedule will applied. This is to insure that all documents are properly prepared and borrowers are well informed prior to loan sign arrival to handle the signing. Fees are due inmediatly and must be paid within 7 working days from date of service performed whether or not the transaction actually closes.
