I understand the importance and practice of being meticulous when completing these documents. My extensive education and certification from the NNA and Loan Signing System has prepared and thoroughly equipped me for this industry.

Most importantly, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of
errors can cost a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of
escrow, or more specifically, makes you look bad to your client.

All of the forms will be returned completed, with signatures, initials, dates, and stamps correctly executed per your instructions. I will triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure they are filled out properly. I will keep in constant communication with you through the process from start to finish, ensuring your clients are in good hands.

If on the rare occasion a mistake has been make, I will drop what I am doing and fix the problem ASAP. No excuses.

Upon completion of the appointment, docs will be promptly dropped off at FedEx.
