My name is Christina Jones and I am a loan signing agent. I took the LSS course to learn about the loan documents and I'm continuing my education. I offer high-quality mobile notary and remote online notarizations(RON) services. I am very detailed oriented, I make sure to go through the paperwork with the client so that they're aware of what they are signing. I make sure all signatures, initials and dates are correctly filled out. I have experience with refinancing, purchases, sellers packages, HELOC, reverse mortgages, and VA/FHA loans. I also make sure the PCOR, acknowledgments, 1003 applications and more are properly filled out. Lastly I understand the fact of documents getting back to FedEx in a timely manner so getting paperwork shipped off is first priority.
