Hiring me for your closing/loan signing will ensure your clients have a great signing experience. I have been in the real estate industry, in various capacities, for 25+ years. I was both a Washington State and Oregon loan signing agent & notary and currently reside in and have a Florida Notary/Loan Signing certification.

I not only generally explain each document to clients, but ensure that all dates, signatures and initials are properly filled out before leaving the signing. I serve the greater south Florida area.

I will ensure that I get you docs back as soon as possible after signing (scanbacks, Fed Ex etc) and I will keep you informed throughout the process.
