I have an extensive well-rounded experience of 15+ years as a Real Estate Paralegal within the commercial, condominium conversion, and residential field.

My main experience included supporting Jeffrey E. Lehrman, Esquire with high-profile clients within the commercial and residential field. Responsibilities included drafting of loan documents for lenders when acting as bank's counsel. Created timelines from contracts. Processing of files, not limited to (title search/updates, ordering hard copies through ProPel, surveys, payoffs, lien searches, insurance, and estoppels). Draft legal documents to meet requirements to clear underwriting closing conditions. Prepare and schedule closings with all parties, settlement statement/HUD, fund and disburse each file accordingly. Closing/Notary Agent in/outside of the office. Post close each file (recording and disbursement of all checks, payoffs, wires). Issue final policies. Accounts payable/receivable for the firm.

In my recent project, at https:/canvascondos.com/, a pre-construction condominium located in the arts, and entertainment district in Miami, I created the workflow infrastructure for the entire department workflow (from the operations side)/master checklist for Gary Levinson, Esq., who represented the developer. I was one of the head paralegal's onboard handling high volume closings, i.e., processing and closing each transaction.
