As a closer/funder for A&D Mortgage LLC from 2016 to 2022, I prepared and produced closing docs for Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, New Jersey, New York and several other states. This included Purchases & Refinances for Private & Non-QM Business Loans, Conventional, & FHA. I was responsible for delivering an accurate closing package in a timely manner to Title/Closing Agents to secure a smooth closing for the borrower.

I understand the urgency of having documents back to the Lender immediately after signing and having all signatures, dates, notary stamps, and forms completed to avoid funding delays. I will do what I have to do to complete the task and ensure that I provide exceptional service.
