I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) and also certified through Loan Signing System (LSS), a member and background checked by the National Notary Association (NNA). My business is covered with a 100k E&O policy and I service Broward and Palm Beach Counties in South Florida.
The certifications provided extensive training, in addition to over 38 years working in the accounting industry; I am confident that with my attention to detail, the methods to perform thorough loan signings by making sure the signer completes each document and then verifying signatures, dates, initials and notarizations have all been complete and accurate.
I understand that a loan can be cancelled if not closed on time. I am aware that my services reflect back on to you, that’s why after documents have my initial review, I will ask questions of anything that is not clear to the party issuing the assignment, before sitting with the signer(s).
The documents will also be reviewed during and after the signing, because errors with forms such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 can prevent the loan from closing on time. I will make every effort for errorless loan signings; however, in the event an error is made, I will make it a priority to correct the matter as soon as possible.
I treat every assignment with respect and understand the importance of timely closings. That’s why I will complete each assignment before moving on to the next; including scanning and/or sending packages back as directed.
A status update will be provided upon arriving and completing each appointment. If needed, phone call(s) will be made to the appropriate party, if questions from the borrower arise. This is done so all parties involved can be assured of a successful assignment.
Each assignment will be printed from a Laser All-in-One Printer with dual paper tray.
