Hello. My name is Lisa Marie, NNA Certified Signing Agent/Mobile Notary providing all notary services including loan document signings in South Florida. I am dependable, energetic, and pay attention to detail. I never leave a job without double checking the paperwork twice. You will also find I will give a very brief description of the documents being signed as to assist the signer in knowing what they are signing and if questions arise to contact the necessary individuals to answer their questions.

My services as a Signing Agent include Real Estate Transactions, Line of Credit Applications, Loan Modifications, Buyer/Seller Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, Helocs, Estates, Trusts and Wills, vehicle notarizations, and general notary work. Ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in every signing.

I provide in-person notarization services in Broward and surrounding areas. I am open to performing closings outside of the traditional working hours and on weekends. Additionally, I am open to meeting customers in a location that is comfortable for them (Library, Home, church etc.)

I pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process.
This includes:
* Borrower(s) given a printed copy (not double side printed or emailed)
* Scanbacks of documents provided when requested
* Administration of Oath
* Only borrowers sign the NOTE
* Signers recorded in Notary logbook
* Notarizations performed in-person
* Filling out and signing Patriot ACT
* All docs shipped out on time

*I adhere to all guidelines in the Florida Handbook for Notaries
*I adhere to the National Notary Association standard of conduct
*I never force the signer to sign documents or provide legal advice
*I have no issues working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
*I take all required annual training for signing agents and notary public
