I am a full-time mobile notary. I am LSS, NNA, and Nortary2Pro certified. My mission is to ensure that every customer has a fantastic signing experience. I have a $1 Million Biberk E & O policy, $7500 Bond ($25K-RON). I have over 800 signings (multi-platforms combined) completed to include Commercial Signings, Direct Title Company Signings, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Sellers Package, Buyers Package, Modification Loans, HELOC, Split Signings, Hybrid Closings, I-9 Forms, ID Proofing, Notice of Commencement, Deeds (I can provide a witness if signer cannot), Debt Settlements, Remote Online Notarizations (RON), and etc. I have a dual tray printer, a mobile printer, laptop, and mobile scanner ensuring Scanbacks are returned asap after the signing. I am a mission minded person that ensures that clients’ needs are priority one with a positive attitude. I thoroughly go over every document in advance to ensure that I understand what is needed. I make sure that every document is filled out correctly with signatures, dates, initials, and stamps. I triple-check key documents, for example, the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are correctly filled out. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will ensure to fix it ASAP. I know all of my local FedEx drop-off times and will make sure all documents are returned promptly after the signing is complete. I've also conducted Field Inspections and Audits for different contracting companies. I am Retired Airforce with experience in Airfield and Logistics Management.
