I have worked for law offices, as well as title companies as a Certified Real Estate Legal Assistant and/or Escrow Closer here in Central Florida for more than 15 years. Real Estate documents and closings are my specialty. I have done numerous closings, refinances, asset funding, loan applications, cash out, seller purchase, as well as reverse mortgages. I am extremely knowledgeable with any and all associated documents, etc. I am also astute in all Notary laws within the scope of the State of Florida. I service the Central Florida region, which includes the following counties: 
Brevard, Citrus, Flagler, Hardee, 
Hernando, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Manatee, Marion, Orange, 
Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia. However, upon request, I am willing to travel outside the Central Florida area.
