Katherine is a businesswoman with more than 20 years in the world of finance. Nevertheless, with the changing current market conditions has decided to expand her teams’ reach by adding Notary and Loan Signing services. Both that align with her many years of experience as a real estate broker. She had her own brokerage but decided to be a broker-associate at Coldwell Banker spear heading her own team known as the KVTeam. Katherine is also a financial coach who enjoys helping people achieve financial freedom using real estate as a catalyst for such a goal.
Katherine believes in a holistic approach to whatever she endeavors – as she enjoys educating her clients through any of her many services. She does this by also creating workshops, seminars both in person and on line. She does regular lives on her multiple social media platforms in her attempt to reach as many people as possible with the helpful information she provides as she enjoys sharing her knowledge. Educating her consumers that in turn will not just change a life but change legacies.

In addition she was the First Time Buyers Program Manager and Financial Coach of the Hispanic Coalition, an organization with more than 30 years serving the Hispanic community in Miami-Dade County, which gave her the opportunity to interact with the emerging community and to undertake her career as a financial coach and women's mentor.

Katherine was also an appointed member of the Affordable Housing Assistance Board of Miami Dade County for several years, helping the community.
She is a single mother to 4 young adults, all professional young ladies themselves. Eldest is 28 and a culinary school graduate, 25 year old twins one who is a highly sought after influencer, and her twin sister who has a bachelor’s degree in Intercultural studies, the baby of the house is 22 and will complete her masters this year at Nova University in Special Education and Behavior analysis.
