I worked in several areas in mortgage, which includes loan processor for HELOC and consumer loans, loan servicing and loans documentation review. Working in these areas gave me the opportunity to review thousands of mortgage documents, which in turn helped me to gain the knowledge to identify and know the important of properly preparing documents that are required for borrower to sign to obtain a loan. I'm NNA certified and I took the initiative to take training with the Loan Signing System so that I could obtain as much knowledge as possible to prepare me for signings.
