I am experienced in refinances (including NY CEMAs), reverse mortgage applications and closings, buyer and seller side transactions, home equity loans and commercial purchases and refinancing, I am certified by the National Notary Association (NNA), have a current background screening and maintain errors and ommisions insurance.

I manage every closing in an efficient and organized manner, ensuring all documents are signed and/or initialed correctly, properly notarized and returned promptly. I understand the importance of communication and do not hesitate to request clarification when necessary.
