My name is Helene. I have worked for the past 2 1/2 years at a title company as their post closer for 5 processors. I enjoyed my work there very much and learned quite a bit. As a fl notary and signing agent I was able when the opportunity arose for the inhouse notary to be on vacation or not available to do the Seller side notarizations mostly and several buyer notarizations. I enjoyed seeing the faces of them when all paperwork was completed and they could breathe LOL and the joy of being able to acquire the American dream of owning a home or the ability of selling their home for a new future was at their fingertips. Since leaving the Title Company this is what I want to be able to continue doing and of which also gives me the freedom to work each day and yet have more time at home for my family and enjoy life. I have worked hard my whole life from banking to ll years in condominium Management, owning my own residential cleaning service for 18 years, being a licensed 215 health Insurance agent for 9 years part on the floor and part in verification making sure policies were issued correctly, I also worked 4 years with assisting in licensing motor club for Insurance agent and dealerships in Florida for their trcs with a nationwide company in 50 states and 13 territories in Canada . Many attorneys, department of Insurance and Department of Regulations. Also assisted in filing State applications. I am very detailed and like to dot my I's and cross my Ts LOL. I like doing a job the right way and also having common sense helps a lot
