Experienced loan Signing agent. I am efficient & I take my time for each signing to ensure that instructions are followed & documents are filled out property. I arrive at minimum 10 minutes early to each signing. Will not print documents double sided, will provide singer(s) with a copy & not email. Always drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4 pm or will scan back if requested. I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advice. I only notarize at the signing & will only notarize when I witness the signer(s) sign the documents. Covering the Deerfield Beach, Pompano & Boca area. Willing to travel further. Last minute signs accepted, as well as Holiday's & weekends
