I am a retired real estate attorney and as such I have: (i) closed hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions (II) represented numerous lending institutions in closing complex commercial loans (iii) been certified by the SBA to close its loans (iv) represented the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development with respect to drafting and closing multi million dollar loans and grants and (v) earned a Martindale Hubbell AV rating.
I am also a retired Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil and appellate mediator as well as a retired member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Neutrals for the arbitration of large complex commercial and construction disputes.
I am presently the chairman of the Palm Beach County Personnel Appeals Board and vice president of the Council of Country Club Presidents.
I have been a Florida notary for 16 years and I am fully certified as a signing agent by the National Notary Association.
