I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) FL Notary Public since 2003, and have performed over 1,000 closings since 2004. I am NNA Certified each year. I continue to perform loan signings on a full time basis, and I am licensed, bonded, and Insured. My experience involves cash purchases, refi', HELOCS, Reverse mortgages, etc. I work with Title companies and lenders, as well as other companies.
