I am NNA certified and LSS certified. Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your client has a great signing experience. I carefully go over each document to make sure that signatures, dates, and initials are completed and filled out properly. I will also go over documents multiple times to check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to verify they are filled out properly. If on the rare occasion I make a mistake, I will stop with anything I'm doing and make it right ASAP. Documents will be returned ASAP and on time as soon as I complete the signing (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout.
