I am retired from the regulated telecommunications industry where I worked in various departments whose objective was to comply with federal and state mandates while providing excellent customer service. In addition, I have worked in medical practices, where customer service was critical to patient care. Our practice received high compliments from patients as the most friendly and helpful environment of any practice they had gone to. Care was given, questions were answered and encouragement was a way of business.

I intend to take this customer focus to my notorial signing agent company as I have found customers want to be educated so they feel comfortable with their decisions. If you think about it, most customers purchase a home one to two times in their lives. Navigating through the purchasing process and ending it with someone who can answer their questions or find the person to answer their question is critical to their belief in proceeding with this major purchase in their life.
